Dealership Information
The information below will be printed on your Green Tags. If you do not want your LMVC number printed on the tags, please enter N/A. Please note that Louisiana law requires the LMVC number to appear on the tag before it is attached to a vehicle. If you choose not to have it preprinted, you will need to write the LMVC number on each tag before use.
